In this group we practise Qi Gong exercises which were developed thousands of years ago by the Chinese to promote good health and wellbeing. The exercises work with the energy of the body by bending, twisting and stretching whilst paying mindful attention to the breath. We currently meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursday mornings at 10.00 at Bloomfield. New members are always very welcome. The group is led by Ann Maidment.
