The Monday walking group is well (and enthusiastically) attended. Walks regularly attract up to 20 regular members and average around 6 miles, but the pace is fairly relaxed and there is always ample time for chatting, enjoying the scenery and eating our picnic lunch. Walk lengths and difficulty vary and are led by members of the group. Grade of walk is based on The Ramblers' guidelines

For insurance and health and safety reasons, all walkers must have registered with the group co-ordinator. They are then sent full details of each upcoming walk, together with the contact details of the walk's leader.
